Installation: Install the microphone in a position and orientation that will enable it to pick up the voice of the person operating the system. The microphone features an attached 9.8' (9.8 Feet) cable with a right-angle male 2.5mm connector which plugs into the microphone input on the rear of your compatible head unit. The microphone comes supplied with a mounting bracket mount it to a clean, flat surface using the supplied two-sided tape.

Items must be like new - Xtenzi can charge a restocking fee or refuse a return for any item not in like new condition. Some examples of when a deduction or refusal of warranty would apply:

- Items returned damaged due to improper packaging
- Opened software or media
- Merchandise that was returned to sender
- Pre-cut wire, made to order or special order merchandise
