Plugging in the remote Bass Control overrides the BASS EQ Control on the amplifier side panel.

Items must be like new - Xtenzi can charge a restocking fee or refuse a return for any item not in like new condition. Some examples of when a deduction or refusal of warranty would apply:

- Items returned damaged due to improper packaging

- Merchandise that was returned to sender
- Pre-cut wire, made to order or special order merchandise
- Mounted or used subwoofer enclosures or speaker boxes

Return shipping - Within 60 days we ask for you to cover the shipping expense back to us and we'll gladly cover the transit cost for your replacement (domestic).
